About our Rental Policies

- All cabins accept reservations with a 2-night minimum

- TN State (.0925%) and local lodging (.03-.05%) taxes will apply to all rental reservations.

- We do not vary rates from season to season. We maintain low competitive rates throughout the year, with seasonal specials and discounts.

- Reservations are accepted with valid credit card. Should a cabin be found to have missing items, damages, or need excessive cleaning, the guest’s credit card will be charged accordingly.

- We provide quality housekeeping to ensure all cabins meet high standards of cleanliness. Each cabin is cleaned before and after your arrival. Housekeeping charges are applied to each reservation based upon the size of the cabin and the number of occupants. This is a one-time charge.

- Pets are allowed in specified “Pet Friendly” cabins only. Please refer to our “Pet Policy”.

- Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, there is a 75% refund with a 2-week notification. All Reservations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

- For health reasons, all overnight accommodations are SMOKE FREE. Smoking is permitted outside or on porches/decks.
